File your report within 15 days via Profile > Help > Submit a Ticket in the app, or call the GCash hotline at 2882. Investigations generally take 48 hours to 7 days. For urgent security concerns, the hotline is available 24/7.

HOW IT WORKS

GCash Dispute Resolution Steps

Step 1: Report via GCash App

Go to Profile > Help > Submit a Ticket. Select "Unauthorized Transaction" or "Scam/Fraud." Provide transaction ID and screenshots as evidence.

Step 2: Fill the Dispute Form

Download and complete the GCash Subscriber Dispute Form. Select your dispute reason: duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, goods not received, or cancelled subscription.

Step 3: Escalate if Unresolved

If GCash does not resolve your dispute, escalate to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). File through the BOB chatbot or email consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph.
